Thousands across Canada were able to connect this holiday season thanks to some technical wizardry by Magician Sam Pearce. During the virtual variety shows, ‘How did he do that?’ was heard in homes from Nova Scotia to British Columbia, and as far away as the Philippines.

“We hired Sam for our company’s virtual holiday party this year, as we are all working from home… Sam and his team did a fantastic job putting together a virtual show that was fun and engaging for the whole family,” says Canada Life.

The ease of organizing a customized virtual holiday party amazed not only Corporate HR managers across the country, but everyone tuning into the high-tech get-togethers. Customer experience is always the ‘Pearce Priority’ and their own easy-to-use, streamlined platform made technical issues associated with typical virtual meetings magically disappear.

“One thing I’m really proud of is the ability to broadcast with live closed captions. It’s so important to me that the events are accessible and welcoming to everyone. It was a bit tricky to develop, but we now have a solid system where we send live audio to a stenographer (working remotely in Toronto), they transcribe the event in real-time, and we sync the words with the video before broadcasting to our viewers,” explains Sam Pearce, the magician and host himself.

Pearce’s team spread a lot of holiday cheer, and they’re not stopping there. As we celebrate the New Year, they’re working to develop new and highly-creative, virtual offerings. Next up, their focus is shifting to Online Corporate Conferences and Award Galas.

The Virtual Conferences combine company meetings with live, interactive, and customizable virtual entertainment. Putting this Pearce twist on the traditional ballroom bash allows for an entirely new route for remote, work-from-home interactions. Their highly-interactive Virtual Award Galas follow the same format as their successful virtual holiday celebrations – combining corporate communication with a bit of much-needed amusement.

Mixing tricks and technology, Pearce has creatively introduced ‘virtual parties’ and ‘real fun’ to one another, sparking a perfect match for a new kind of company connection.
